Your business, set to run.

Set it once. It runs.

SetToRun replies to your comments and messages, keeps your contacts and tracks your posts, through named runners you set once. Every morning the log shows what they did.

The loop

Set. Run. Report.

  1. 01

    Set

Set up a Play in under two minutes: what starts it, what happens next, and the limits. Approval on or off, a daily cap, quiet hours.

  2. 02

    Run

The runner does the work. Check its recorded actions and outcomes in the night log.

  3. 03

    Report

Open the night log in the morning. See what happened, approve what is waiting for you, adjust.

The night log

If a runner did it, it is in the log.

Every reply, every saved contact, every action a limit stopped. In order, with the runner that did it and the exact text that went out. You read it in the morning the way you would read a shift report.

How a line reads

Echo replied to 12 comments. 3 need you.

Keep saved 4 emails.

The runners

Each job has a name.

A runner owns one part of the business and signs its work in the log. Echo, Keep, and Post are live. The other five are coming, and marked that way.

The limits

You set the limits. Every runner obeys them.

Test mode
A runner acts only for the accounts you list until you say otherwise.
Daily caps
A ceiling on how many actions a runner takes in a day.
Quiet hours
Nothing goes out while your customers are asleep.
Approvals
A card shows the proposed message and recipient. Choose whether to approve or skip it; sending checks still apply.

What works today

Two channels. Three runners. No fine print.

SetToRun works with Instagram and Facebook. Everything else on this site is marked as coming. If you use Manychat now, read where it is still ahead before you decide.
