What changed.

Completed improvements to SetToRun, recorded as they are merged into the product.

Early access. Dates below describe completed product changes, not a promise that every account has them enabled. Public Instagram messaging access is not available yet. Channel setup and provider approval still apply.

  1. Optional manual inbox replies

    Early-access build

    • Eligible teammates can send a manual text reply where separate inbox and reply access are enabled. Replies are attributed to the sender in workspace records; pending or uncertain attempts use read-only status recovery. Provider acceptance does not confirm delivery. Reply access remains off by default.

  2. Optional conversation follow-ups

    Early-access build

    • The inbox build includes a separately enabled control to save one follow-up time per conversation. A due time stays visible until changed or cleared; it sends no notification or message and does not change assignment or Echo's pause. The capability remains off by default.

  3. Optional inbox live updates

    Early-access build

    • Eligible workspaces can enable live inbox updates separately from inbox access. Changes refresh authorized records, with editing and saving protection plus manual Refresh for recovery. History may remain incomplete; live updates send no messages or notifications.

  4. Optional conversation controls

    Early-access build

    • The inbox build includes separate controls for pausing Echo's incoming-message replies, assigning a teammate and adding conversation labels. Each capability remains off by default; assignment and labels do not send messages or change Echo's pause.

  5. Connection setup and early-access requests

    Early-access build

    • Eligible workspaces have Facebook and Instagram connection and reconnect controls, with account selection and clearer setup messages. Live availability still depends on workspace access and provider configuration.
    • An early-access request page and private staff listing are built. Public request collection remains closed while launch details are finalized.

  6. Complete activity totals and clearer support records

    Early-access build

    • Ending an operator's support session now records its audit entry in the same operation that revokes the session. This keeps the access change and its record together.
    • Home now counts the full preceding 24 hours of Runner activity, even when the recent-action feed shows only part of that period. Channel setup entries have their own label and do not inflate Runner totals.
  7. Try a Play before it runs

    Early-access build

    • Test a saved Echo Play with a sample comment or message. The preview shows the keyword decision, proposed text, and reasons a step would be held back. It sends nothing, writes no log entries, and adds no usage.
    • Post keeps a video's still image for the catalog. Media copies can be retried across runs instead of losing their place when a temporary download fails.
    • Support sessions now end on the server, with an automatic sweep for sessions that have expired.
