The measure
What counts as an active contact
- An active contact is one real person you interact with through messages or automations in a billing month.
- The same person messaging you 17 times in a month is still one active contact.
- People who do not interact that month are not counted, and the count resets every billing cycle.
Going over
What happens past the limit
- Past your plan’s active contacts, you pay per extra active contact. The rate is not set yet. It will be on this page before any plan goes on sale.
- AI replies are included up to a fair-use cap, then metered.
- Channels today are Instagram and Facebook. A plan with three or more channels has room for the ones that come next.
