Different
What SetToRun does differently
- A night log you can read
- Every action a runner takes is written down in order, with the runner that did it, the person it was for and the exact text sent.
- Approval before anything goes out
- Any action with an outside effect can wait for one click from you. The card shows the runner, the recipient and the exact message.
- Limits you set once
- Test mode, daily caps and quiet hours apply to every runner. A runner cannot switch them off.
- Named runners, not numbered workflows
- “Echo replied to 12 comments” is easier to check than “Workflow 3 ran 12 times”.
What we are building toward is the work after the conversation: invoices, follow-ups and stock, through Relay, Tally and Shelf. None of those runners exist yet, so do not choose SetToRun for them today.

The two price tables
Both count active contacts: one real person you interact with in a billing month. At 2,500 contacts Manychat costs less than we plan to. Our plans are not on sale yet and the prices can change.
