Early access. These guides cover the current product build. Access and connected-channel availability depend on your organization's setup. Public Instagram messaging access is not available yet.
Your first look at SetToRun
SetToRun uses Runners for specific jobs, Plays for the rules you set, and a night log to show what happened.
Set → Run → Report
- Set: Open a Play and save its trigger and response. A Play belongs to a Runner, such as Echo.
- Run: Use a sample to inspect what the saved Play would do before enabling it. The sample test sends nothing.
- Report: Read the night log to see recorded actions, including actions that failed or were held back.

Connect a channel explains account selection, reconnects, and what background access checks can tell you.
Test a Play covers optional guided setup and the saved-version preview, plus optional Pilot help revising an eligible inactive keyword draft when that separate workspace capability is enabled. Check a keyword match, the proposed text, and any reason an action would be held back before explicit activation.
Read the night log explains the difference between a sent action, a skipped action, and an action waiting for you.
Read the inbox explains recorded conversations, incomplete history, attachment markers, live updates and manual refresh, plus optional controls to send a manual text reply, pause Echo, assign a teammate, label a conversation or save a follow-up time.
What is available
The early-access build includes Echo's keyword rules, Keep's contact records, Post's catalog, the Play editor, sample testing, and the night log. Channel connection and live sends depend on account setup and provider approval. These guides do not mean public Instagram messaging access has been approved.
AI classification, the remaining Runners, and broader channel support are still in development. A sample test does not call an AI model. See the changelog for completed changes and their availability.
