Early access. These guides cover the current product build. Access and connected-channel availability depend on your organization's setup. Public Instagram messaging access is not available yet.
Use your saved posts
Find a post for a Play and understand catalog checks.
Pick a post for a comment Play
- Open Posts in the correct workspace.
- Use the available channel or keyword filters, then choose Apply filter. The list contains saved posts, not a guaranteed complete live channel feed.
- Open or choose the post you want to use for a comment Play. Check its channel, caption and link before selecting it.
- Configure the Play's keywords and saved reply text. Selecting a post does not publish it, activate a Play or send a reply.
A caption containing a call to action is useful context, but it does not itself authorize an automatic campaign. You still review the Play and its scope.
Understand an empty list
- If no channel is connected, choose Connect a channel and finish account selection.
- If a channel is connected but has no saved posts, use View channels to check setup. An empty catalog does not mean you need a duplicate connection.
- If a channel needs attention or was removed, use Manage channels. Saved posts can remain visible, but using one for a new Play requires the channel to be connected again.
Check catalog status
Where enabled, Saved Post sync status separates current eligibility from the latest recorded sync outcome. A status saying settings allow a check does not prove a check started or that provider access is healthy. Read the result and its time separately.
A request to check posts uses the existing background catalog process. It does not publish posts, send customer messages or prove the catalog is complete. Free does not include scheduled post synchronization. The available request controls and current safety checks still apply on eligible plans.
When media is missing
Saved captions and links can remain usable even when an image or thumbnail is missing. Media refresh is separate background maintenance and can be deferred after a temporary failure. Inspect the post link or channel status before changing your Play. Do not repeatedly reconnect an account merely to refresh one thumbnail.
Connect a channel covers reconnects and removal. Create and manage Plays covers the next step.
