Early access. These guides cover the current product build. Access and connected-channel availability depend on your organization's setup. Public Instagram messaging access is not available yet.
Set up your workspace and team
Switch workspaces, update names and time zones, upload an Agency logo, and invite teammates.
Choose the right workspace
Use the workspace selector when you belong to more than one organization. Check the selected name before editing a Play, contact, plan or Settings. With one organization, its name is shown without an unnecessary switch control. Access and saved data belong to the selected workspace.
Set your name and workspace details
- Open Settings. Under You, edit Your name and choose Save your name. Clear name, followed by saving, uses your email instead. Your personal name applies across your workspaces.
- An owner or admin can edit workspace Name and Time zone, then choose Save workspace settings. Other roles can read them.
- Check the saved result. The display time zone affects shown log times; each tool keeps its own safety-settings time zone. It does not rewrite earlier timestamps or quietly move the cap day.
If a save is uncertain, Check saved change reads its result. If values changed elsewhere, use Check current values, inspect them and Use current version before reviewing your draft again. Retry the same save only when a check confirms no saved change.
Upload a workspace logo
An owner or admin on Agency with a saved custom package can use Workspace logo in Settings. Choose a still PNG, JPEG or WebP image, 16 to 2048 pixels on each side and at most 2 MiB. Choose Upload logo, then wait for the saved result. The image is stored as a PNG without image metadata and shown beside the organization.
Use Load current logo to check the current image. For an uncertain change, use Check saved logo change before Retry same logo change; an upload retry needs the original image. Owners and admins can remove a saved logo even after changing plans. A logo is private workspace branding, not a published website or a verified business identity.
Invite a teammate
Open Team as an owner or admin. Under Invite someone, enter the email and role, then Create invitation. No invitation email is sent: copy the current link and pass it to the invited person. It works for that address. Review waiting invitations before explicitly reissuing one.
Use Refresh team and the saved request check for uncertain changes. You cannot change your own access or remove the last owner; only owners can grant or change owner access. Plan capacity can restrict new invitations while keeping existing members. Removing a member or making them a viewer clears their conversation assignments but does not resume automated replies or clear shared reminder times.
