Early access. These guides cover the current product build. Access and connected-channel availability depend on your organization's setup. Public Instagram messaging access is not available yet.
Prepare and review an email
Save a draft, inspect the audience, and review one eligible send.
Prepare without sending
- Open Email and create or open a draft where the capability is enabled.
- Write the subject and body and choose the saved audience. Preview email text shows current text, including unsaved edits, as plain text. Typed links and placeholders are not automatically resolved.
- Choose Save draft before Preview saved audience. The audience preview uses the saved draft, not your unsaved edits.
- Inspect each candidate. A saved email address or tag does not establish permission, address validity or send eligibility.
Drafts and previews send nothing. Broadcasts, scheduling and automatic sequences are not generally available.
Check prerequisites
Single-email delivery needs separate workspace access and server sending configuration. Your operator must authorize the exact From mailbox, maintain current provider-domain evidence and provide the real business name and postal address for the footer. Read Email sender and reload to read newly saved status. A verified provider domain alone does not authorize a workspace to use a mailbox.
Contact permission evidence, unsubscribe restrictions, address reports and provider restrictions are separate checks. New evidence does not clear an unsubscribe or permanent provider restriction. Social test-mode handles do not authorize email delivery; test mode blocks this email flow.
Review one message
- Save the draft and select one eligible saved contact from its audience.
- Choose Review one email and inspect the exact sender, recipient, subject, complete body and business footer.
- Read where the unique unsubscribe link will be substituted. The review placeholder is not a working unsubscribe link.
- Confirm I reviewed this sender, recipient and saved email. and choose Send this one email once.
This requests one attempt, not a send to everyone in the audience. Current access and safety checks still apply immediately before dispatch. Provider acceptance is not proof of delivery.
Recover an unclear outcome
Use Check saved request and Read saved email requests. These controls read saved records without sending again. Do not repeat an uncertain attempt through a new request or another draft. A restriction saved later cannot recall an email already authorized or underway.
For documents, use the separate reviewed quote and invoice email flows. They are not attachments or public payment links.
