Early access. These guides cover the current product build. Access and connected-channel availability depend on your organization's setup. Public Instagram messaging access is not available yet.

Understand reports, access and safety

Read useful totals and check why a control or action is unavailable.

Start with recorded activity

Home summarizes customer activity and what needs attention. Routine post catalog checks are tracked separately from customer interactions. A recorded action is not proof of message delivery, and incomplete saved history is not a complete view of a channel.

Where enabled, open Watch reports to inspect the last seven completed days. Choose Preview yesterday’s briefing for the recorded UTC day. This is a preview, not a sent email. Large histories can exceed the bounded report window; the page explains the limit rather than showing partial totals as complete.

Use the night log to inspect the exact status and explanation behind a total. A historical successful action does not authorize a new send or restore current access.

Review enquiry outcomes

Where the Facebook business conversation pilot is enabled, Review enquiry outcomes opens the saved results for a selected channel. Check qualified and declined leads, knowledge gaps, prepared quote drafts and follow-up outcomes.

A provider-accepted follow-up means the provider acknowledged the send. An unknown outcome needs review before any further action. A quote draft is a proposal that still needs your review. Use the supporting conversation and saved records when deciding what to change.

Find out why a feature is missing

Check four things in order:

  1. Workspace: Verify the selected organization and connected channel. Another workspace can have different access and records.
  2. Role: Viewers can read many records; editing, plan requests and administrative changes require the appropriate role.
  3. Plan and feature access: Plan entitlements and separately enabled workspace capabilities both matter. An unavailable page or hidden control can be intentional. Ask your workspace owner or operator about the specific capability shown by the page.
  4. Current safety checks: Token access, conversation timing, quiet hours, daily caps, confirmation and recipient restrictions can still prevent an otherwise available action.

Buying or requesting a plan does not switch optional features on. This guide does not authorize staff to enable every capability or bypass a safety refusal.

Review safety settings

An owner or admin opens Settings, finds the relevant tool under What your runners may do, and reviews:

  • Test mode and Listed handles. Listed contacts can receive real actions; this is different from a sample test, which sends nothing.
  • Most contact actions a day. Empty means no cap; zero blocks new contact actions.
  • Quiet hours, From, Until and Runner time zone. Without quiet hours the cap day uses UTC. Equal start and end creates no quiet window but retains that time zone for the cap day.
  • Ask me first. Only supported held inbox replies can proceed after explicit approval; other held actions may only be skipped.

Choose Review changes, compare Before and After, then Save reviewed settings. Use Check saved change for uncertainty and Check saved settings for current values. Saved settings apply to later checks; they do not cancel work already authorized, replay skipped work or queue quiet-hour sends for later. Manual replies and member emails have their own rules.
