Early access. These guides cover the current product build. Access and connected-channel availability depend on your organization's setup. Public Instagram messaging access is not available yet.
Compare plans and read usage
Review allowances, request operator approval, and check a saved plan request.
Read your current plan
Open Plan and usage in the selected workspace. This page must be enabled for the workspace. Review the plan name, current monthly usage and included allowances before comparing a change. Usage records are not an invoice or proof of a charge.
One active contact is one real person you interact with through messages or automations in a billing month. Multiple interactions with the same person do not make multiple active contacts. Read the displayed period before comparing two totals.
Compare a plan
- In Find your next plan, choose Monthly or 12 months.
- Use Compare a plan to select the proposed plan. Annual prices are the total for a twelve-month commitment, with the displayed annual discount.
- Review What changes from your current plan: contacts, channels, teammates and added or removed automation access. A custom Agency package requires a reviewed quote; a label does not establish its saved terms.
- Review any warning about lower limits. Saved records, connected channels and teammates remain, but new work or additions can be restricted. Work already underway may finish.
Understand AI credits
Business includes 5,000 AI credits each month and Operator includes 25,000. Free and Solo include no AI credits; Agency uses the allowance in its agreed custom package. One credit represents one admitted physical AI inference across AI features, including the Play assistant. A request that needs another model inference can use another credit. A sample rehearsal that calls no model does not use an inference credit.
Credits are separate from active contacts, messages and payment records. A credit allowance does not turn a feature on, authorize a provider send or establish a currency balance. AI comment replies require separate operator activation and model validation. See Set up AI comment replies for the controls and supported scope. Check your current workspace access before relying on an AI capability.
Request a change
An owner or admin can request a change where plan requests are enabled. Enter an optional Coupon code or Referral code, then choose Request operator review. Coupon terms, expiry and eligibility are checked with the request and again at approval. A referral code records attribution only and promises no reward.
The request does not immediately change access or collect payment. An operator reviews it before application. After approval, choose Refresh plan status and check the current plan and approved commercial terms. Your plan does not switch optional features on or override safety settings.
Recover a request
If the response is unclear, choose Check request status under Your saved request. Keep checking the same request; do not assume a missing response means failure. Retry the same request appears only after a check permits it. Recent plan requests shows the latest 20 recorded requests and decisions.
Actual payment processing is deferred. No card details, subscription charge or money collection is activated by this workflow. Pricing is a comparison; your saved approved terms determine the workspace's agreement.
